Strictly necessary technologies
Varosync may use technologies required to deliver a page or feature you request, maintain a session, authenticate a user, route traffic, prevent fraud, or protect a system. Where law permits, these technologies operate without optional consent because the requested service cannot operate securely without them.
Functional technologies
Functional technologies remember a choice that is useful but not essential. Where consent is required, Varosync will not set them until you allow that category.
On varosync.com this category is called “Preferences”. It covers the booking calendar embedded from Cal.com, which appears after you send the contact form. If you do not allow it, you get a link to book on Cal.com instead.
Analytics and advertising
The table above lists every analytics and advertising technology this website can use. It is generated from the site’s own configuration, so a tool appears there before it can run, and it runs only if you allow its category.
If you allow Analytics, this website keeps a note on your device of which site or campaign first and most recently brought you here, and sends it with any enquiry you make so we can tell which channels work. The note is not shared. Without that permission, only the source of your current visit is sent with an enquiry, and nothing is kept on your device.
Before Varosync adds an analytics or advertising tool, this Notice will name the provider, its purpose, the information it collects, and how long it is kept.
Embedded and linked services
The booking calendar on the contact page is provided by Cal.com. It loads only after you send the contact form, and only if you allow Preferences. Cal.com’s own privacy and cookie notices govern what it stores.
The contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending them. It stores nothing on your device.
Where Varosync offers hosted payment, the payment provider may use cookies on its own domain to complete payment, prevent fraud, and comply with law, under its own notices. A link to a public source or another site, such as LinkedIn or X, opens a site with its own technologies.
Your choices
When you first visit varosync.com, a cookie card offers “Reject all”, “Preferences” and “Accept all”. “Reject all” is as easy to choose as “Accept all”, and “Preferences” lets you allow or refuse each category on its own.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if we add a technology you have not yet been asked about. Blocking strictly necessary technologies in the browser may prevent a requested page or feature from working.
